The second project in CCCC ,focusing on ground formwork.

The CCCC Prefabricated Construction Innovation Industrial Base is located in the Dacheng Economic Development Zone Innovation Manufacturing Industrial Park. Covering an area of 182 acres, with a total investment of 578 million RMB, it is the second industrial base invested and constructed by CCCC Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd. in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the first permanent industrial base established by the company.

The base’s business includes prefabricated infrastructure, prefabricated buildings, and rail transportation. With an annual production capacity of 220,000 cubic meters of precast concrete components, the base mainly produces prefabricated components for rail transportation, highways, municipal and building sectors. After completion, the project will serve the infrastructure construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Xiong’an New Area.

CureTec, with its advanced technology and unique concrete curing technology, has once again been favored by the CCCC Prefabricated Construction Industrial Base in Langfang. The company’s innovative and energy-saving approach to concrete curing is aligned with the goals of China’s prefabricated industrialization.

Fixed formwork, also known as ground formwork, is a common production method where workers perform different tasks in a fixed location. These tasks include cleaning the formwork, applying form release agents, placing embedded items, pouring and consolidating concrete, and applying finishing touches. Steam curing is then carried out by covering the area with tents or canvas.
