01       Project Background

The GPC Korea plant is located in the Central Complex Industrial Park in Yinsungdukseomyeon, Chungcheongbuk-do, Korea. It has facilities and amenities optimized for PC production and has advantages in raw material storage, production, on-site storage and shipment, etc. It is one of the largest PC production plants in Korea.

The project site is an outdoor production of large prestressed concrete products and columns.

According to the GPC Korea plant site’s curing requirements, curing temperature, curing time and concrete weight, mold weight, according to our professional technical accounting, the equipment selection is 2 sets of NDG1200+ container solution. CureTec NDG low-pressure steam system and CureTec Curing Intelligent Control System are used to achieve scientific and effective product curing status, thus achieving high efficiency and high turnover.
