Project Overview
At the end of July 2022, CureTec, together with its exclusive agent in the field of concrete block products, Weiqing Machinery, and a large new building materials group in Anhui Province, jointly built a new environmentally friendly and energy-saving fully automatic concrete block production and curing line. The project is currently equipped with a complete set of German fully automatic block equipment, and now the introduction of the CureTec CureComplete fully automatic intelligent curing room with 21 independent curing sub-chambers will be completed and put into trial production in October 2022, the three parties join forces to create a new environmentally friendly and energy-saving fully automatic concrete block production line, which not only improves productivity, but also does not have The three parties have joined forces to create a new environmentally friendly and energy efficient fully automated concrete block production line that not only improves productivity, but also eliminates defective products and ensures that the products produced are of the same high quality 365 days a year.
The CureTec CureComplete integrated curing system regulates temperature and humidity to optimum levels, while avoiding condensation in the curing room, with specially tailored air circulation system technology to ensure balanced temperature and humidity distribution throughout the curing room space, without dead spots.
The CureTec CureComplete integrated curing system offers the following customized components and services for curing rooms：
vThe system uses warm air heating device and is equipped with automatic temperature and humidity sensing device in each curing room to achieve the best and optimal heating efficiency, thus reducing heat loss and energy waste.
vEach curing room has its own air circulation system – CureFlow air circulation system. CureTec’s carefully designed air circulation system ensures that the air in the room is constantly mixed so that there is no temperature stratification and the products are not whitened/alkalized (like clouds) or have color differences.
vEach curing chamber is equipped with an atomized humidification circulation piping system – CureFog atomized humidification system, which works as follows：In order to adapt the air humidity to the specific requirements, water is finely atomized by special nozzles and sprayed into the concrete curing chamber through a piping system.
vThe Siemens control system and color touch screen operation provides a complete visual system for each individual curing column (temperature and humidity measurement and display optional), temperature and humidity measurement system and control, hot air circulation unit operation, circulation system operation, fogging system operation and all system fault/error messages and codes can be displayed.
