AGM Review – Clarifying our direction

On the first day, department leaders took turns sharing detailed data and real cases. They reviewed our achievements, analyzed challenges and areas we can improve, and clearly set our goals and solutions for the new year.
Last week, all of us at Curetec came together for our annual AGM meeting and team values workshop.

Team Gathering – Building stronger teamwork

After the meeting, we all had a team dinner together. We relaxed, talked about teamwork and career growth, and connected with each other in a casual, friendly atmosphere.
It helped us get closer and work better together.

Values Workshop – Aligning on our future

On the second day, we joined our workshop: Unite as One 2026, Look Forward to 2028.
We were glad to have experienced coach Mr. James guide us.

We worked in small groups:
In the morning, 5 groups discussed our current situation, future goals, and shared valuable suggestions.
In the afternoon, 7 groups joined interactive games to deepen understanding of company values and figure out practical ways to implement them.
Everyone also wrote down personal expectations and goals for the year.

Closing

This event was not only a practical review of past work, but also a great boost to team cohesion.
Moving forward, every member of Curetec will uphold our core values, stay down-to-earth and collaborative.
We will keep delivering professional services and forge ahead steadily toward our 2028 new journey.
